Annals. Food Science and Technology is an international journal that publishes reviewed original research papers of both experimental and theoretical nature in the field of Food, Environmental and Industrial Engineering, in the following areas:

Short communications and mini-reviews are also welcomed. All contributions should be concise and written in English. Authors must assure that no part of the article has been published nor submitted for publication elsewhere.
